Well, its close to my house and I truly felt this issue would to happen again. Sad to say my daughter and grand daughter witness this miss treatment or the way I feel discriminated because I am a women. The other day I purchased a Remington shotgun and a box of ammo online.

It took me almost 2 hours to get all of it straightened out. Your people did not have a clue how to handle the online transaction. It would have been easier to just walk in and buy the stuff. I am very disappointed with the experience. I love Academy. I grew up in Pasadena TX and feel like I grew up shopping your stores. I still will but I think I will stick to shopping in the store until you guys figure out your online purchases. I am not writing this to complain but just to share my experience.
